Abstrakt

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vůdcovství, charakteristikou vlastností vůdců a mírou zastoupení těchto vlastností na různých úrovních řízení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, ve které se popisuje pojem manažer a management, úrovně managementu a manažerské funkce. Dále je v teoretické části vysvětlen pojem lídr a leadership, včetně popsání různých stylů leadershipu. V praktické části je prezentováno dotazníkové šetření, které je zaměřeno na charakteristiku vůdců a následná analýza výsledků tohoto šetření.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of leadership, the characteristics of the characteristics of leaders and the degree of representation of these characteristics at different levels of management. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which describes the concept of manager and management, levels of management and managerial functions. Furthermore, the theoretical part explains the concept of leader and leadership, including a description of different styles of leadership. The practical part presents a questionnaire survey, which is focused on the characteristics of leaders and subsequent analysis of the results of this survey.
