Cílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumat změny a trendy, které ovlivňují současný management a posoudit uplatnění těchto změn a trendů ve vybrané organizaci. Bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá analýzou změn a trendů, které ovlivňují management 21. století. Praktická část prozkoumává pomocí dotazníkového šetření a hloubkových rozhovorů změny a trendy analyzované v teoretické části a jejich uplatnění ve vybrané organizaci. Z průzkumu vyplývá, že organizace vnímá důležité trendy a změny 21. století a taktéž se ve většině z nich angažuje. Na trendech, ve kterých má mezery, však usilovně pracuje a návrhy vyplývající z průzkumu mají firmě pomoci k jejímu dalšímu rozvoji. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to examine the changes and trends affect the current management and assess the application of these changes and trends in the selected organization. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of changes and trends that affect the management of 21st century. The practical part examines using a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews changes and trends analysed in the theoretical part and their application in an organization. The survey shows that the organization perceives important trends and changes in the 21st century and is also involved in most of them. However, the organization is working hard on trends which are its weakness and the suggestions resulting from the survey should help the company to further develop it.
