Finanční analýza podniku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě finanční analýzy posoudit výkonnost vybraného podniku a navrhnout vhodná doporučení pro zlepšení finanční situace v budoucnu. Teoretická část se opírá o odbornou literaturu a představuje teoretická východiska v souvislosti s cílem práce. V praktické části je uvedena charakteristika podniku a analýza současného stavu včetně návrhu možných řešení k implementaci. Na základě vypracované finanční analýzy byly zjištěny silné a slabé stránky podniku. Navrhuji optimalizaci kapitálové struktury za pomoci snížení míry zadluženosti. S ohledem na vyšší poptávku po výrobcích podniku z důvodu pandemie, předpokládám že v následujících letech dojde k růstu tržní hodnoty společnosti.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess a performance of the selected company on the basis of financial analysis and to offer suitable recommendations for improving its financial situation in the future. The theoretical part is based on technical literature and presents theoretical basis in connection with the aim of this thesis. The practical part contains the company characteristics and an analysis of its current situation including a proposal of possible solutions that could be implemented. The strong and weak points of the company were discovered on the basis of the prepared financial analysis. I suggest an optimization of the capital structure with the help of decreasing the debt ratio. With regard to a higher demand for the products of the company due to the pandemic, I assume that there will be an increase in the market value of the company in the next couple of years.
