Aplikace managementu v současných společenských změnách

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa venuje problematike aplikácie manažmentu v súčasných spoločenských zmenách vo vybranej organizácii s dôrazom na nové trendy. V obsahu práce budem dôkladne analyzovať súčasnú situáciu podniku a aký veľký vplyv mal COVID-19 na fun-govanie spoločnosti. Praktickú časť som vypracovala na základe rozhovorov so zamestnancami. Na záver mojej práce si chcem obhájiť pôvodný zámer, ktorým je poskytnutie riešení na zlep-šenie adaptácie novodobých trendov.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the application of management in current social changes in a selected organization with emphasis on new trends. In the content of the work I will thoroughly analyze the current situation of the company and how much influence had CO-VID-19 on the functioning of the company. I elaborated the practical part on the basis of interviews with employees. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, I want to defend the original intention, which is to provide solutions to improve the adaptation of modern trends.
