Ocenění podniku Tradiční pivovar v Rakovníku a.s.

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty podniku Tradiční pivovar v Rakovníku, a.s. k 31.12.2019. V první části diplomové práce jsou popsány základní pojmy a metody, které jsou dále využity v praktické části diplomové práce. V druhé části práce je představena společnost Tradiční pivovar v Rakovníku, a.s., jejíž hlavní činností je pivovarnictví a sladovnictví. Z výsledků strategické a finanční analýzy podniku můžeme předpokládat jeho nekonečné trvání, a tak bylo možné provést stanovení hodnoty pomocí výnosové metody, konkrétně DCF entity. K tomu bylo zapotřebí vyhodnotit generátory hodnoty podniku a sestavit jeho finanční plán. Na základě výsledků byla vypočtena hodnota podniku k 31.12.2019 ve výši 676 135 tis. Kč.

The aim of this Master thesis is to determine the value of the company Traditional Brewery in Rakovník, a.s. as of 31.12.2019. The first part of the thesis describes the basic concepts and methods, which are further used in the practical part of the thesis. In the second part of the assignment, the practical part, the company Traditional Brewery in Rakovník, a.s., is introduced, whose main activity is brewing and malting. Based on the results of the strategic and financial analysis of the company we can assume its infinite duration, it was possible to determine the value using the income method, specifically the DCF entity. To do this, it was necessary to evaluate the generators of the company's value and compile its financial plan. Based on the results, the value of the company as of 31 December 2019 is in the amount of 676,135 thousand CZK.
