Chatbot pro podporu výuky sběru informací

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tvorbě experimentálního chatbota, pro využití ve výuce předmětu BI-TIS na Fakultě informačních technologií ČVUT. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, jestli takový experiment bude úspěšný a bude mít smysl takový chatbot používat při výuce. Na začátku v teoretické části je popsán chatbot jako nástroj a technologie pro tvorbu konkrétního chatbota, který bude výsledkem praktické části. V praktické části jsou ukázány hlavní části a detaily tvorby chatbota, od scénáře až do samotného chatbota. Hlavním výstupem práce je chatbot a dokumenty, které formou uživatelských testů odpovídají na otázku, jestli má smysl takovým způsobem doplnit výuku.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of an experimental chatbot for use in teaching the subject BI-TIS to the Faculty of Information Technology CTU. The main goal of this work is to find out whether such an experiment will be successful and it will make sense to use such a chatbot in teaching. At the beginning of the work, the theoretical part describes the chatbot as a tool and technology for creating a specific chatbot, which will be the result of the practical part. After the practical part shows the main parts and details of creating a chatbot from the script and to the chatbot itself. The main output of the work is a chatbot and documents, which in the form of user tests, answer the question of whether it makes sense to supplement the teaching in such a way.
