Využití telerehabilitace u seniorů s poruchou rovnováhy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím telerehabilitace u seniorů s poruchou rovnováhy a je zpracována formou klinické prospektivní studie. Práce je rozdělená na devět částí: úvod, cíl práce, výzkumné hypotézy, přehled současného stavu, metodika, speciální část, výsledky, diskuze a závěr. V přehledu současného stavu je stručně popsána rovnováha, postura a telerehabilitace. V kapitole metodika je popsána charakteristika souborů pacientů a jak jsou zpracována data, jsou zde popsány vyšetřovací testy a vybraná metoda terapie. Speciální část se zaměřuje na popis průběhu terapií. V kapitole výsledky jsou popsány zpracované výsledky, které jsme vyhodnotili ze získaných dat ze vstupních a výstupních testů. Vyhodnocujeme zde stanovené hypotézy. Výsledky jsou představeny za pomoci tabulek a slovních popisů. V diskuzi jsou zhodnoceny výsledky a účinnost terapie. Je zde také rozebrána problematika telerehabilitace. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky, průběh terapií a možný přínos této práce.

This bachelor thesis deals with the use of telerehabilitation for elderly citizens with balance disorders and is done in the form of a clinical prospective study. This thesis is divided into nine parts: introduction, aim of the thesis, research hypotheses, overview of the current state, methodology, special part, results, discussion and conclusion. The overview of the current situation briefly describes balance, posture and telerehabilitation. The methodology chapter describes the characteristics of the patients, how the data is processed, examination tests and the selected method of therapy. The special part focuses on the description of the course of therapies. The following chapter describes the evaluated results, which we got from the data obtained from the initial and final assessment tests. We also evaluate the hypotheses we set at the start. The results are presented with the use of tables and verbal descriptions. The results and effectiveness of the therapy are evaluated in the discussion chapter. As well as the subject of telerehabilitation. At the end, the conclusion chapter briefly summarizes the results, the course of therapies and the possible benefits of this thesis.
