Návrh systému pro podporu SVJ

Abstract

Tato práce se věnuje tématu společenství vlastníků jednotek (dále jen SVJ). V teoretické části je provedena rešerše zákonů, ze které plyne definování pojmů a porovnání jednotlivých forem vlastnictví nemovitých věcí. Dále jsou analyzována dostupná softwarová řešení, která se věnují dané problematice. Praktickou část práce tvoří návrh a částečná implementace nového systému, včetně popisu použitých technologií. V neposlední řadě došlo k definování a analýzám potřeb SVJ. Návrh systému je zaměřen na podporu komunikace SVJ s vlastníky, a to tak, aby výsledné řešení bylo prospěšné pro obě strany. Závěr práce je věnován vyhodnocení uživatelského testování aplikace a popisu testovacího prostředí.

In this thesis the topic společenství vlastníku jednotek (referred to as SVJ) is being discussed. In the theoretical part, a search of Czech laws was carried out, which is succeeded by the definition of terms and comparison of various forms of ownership of real estate. Furthermore, the available software solutions which address the topic are being analysed. The practical part of this thesis consists of system design, which is followed by partial implementation of the new system including a description of used technologies. Last but not least, the needs of SVJ were defined and analysed. System design is focused on the support of communication between SVJ and the owners, so that the solution is mutually beneficial for both parties. The conclusion of the thesis assesses the user-testing of the application and describes the testing environment.
