Abstrakt

Předmětem této práce bude problematika využití vozového parku vojenských hasičských jednotek Armády České republiky (VHJ AČR, dále jen VHJ). V teoretické části bude popsána vybraná požární technika provozovaná v současnosti v České republice (ČR), vybavení a moderní trendy těchto vozidel. Dále bude uveden krátký přehled historie VHJ včetně aktuálního přehledu cisteren automobilových stříkacích (CAS) dislokovaných u VHJ. V praktické části budou analyzována data týkající se provozu vozidel CAS u VHJ. Data pak budou využita pro získání celkového přehledu o stavu, použití a nákladovosti těchto vozidel. Výsledky analýzy budou porovnány s daty vozidel CAS u Hasičského záchranného sboru Správy železniční dopravní cesty (HZS SŽDC) a Hasičského záchranného sboru hlavního města Prahy (HZS hl. m. Prahy). V závěru práce budou zpracována doporučení pro efektivní provoz a obměnu těchto vozidel u VHJ.

The subject of this work will be the issue of using the fleet of military fire service of the Army of the Czech Republic (VHJ AČR, hereinafter VHJ). The theoretical part will describe selected Firefighting Appliances currently operated in the Czech Republic (ČR), equipment and modern trends in these vehicles. Furthermore, a brief overview of the history of VHJ will be given, including an up-to-date overview of water tenders (CAS) stationed at VHJ. In the practical part, data related to the operation of CAS vehicles at the VHJ will be analyzed. The data will then be used to obtain an overall overview of the condition, use and cost of these vehicles. The results of the analysis will be compared with the data of CAS vehicles at the Fire and Rescue Service of the Railway Administration (HZS SŽDC) and the Fire and Rescue Service of the Capital City of Prague (HZS hl. m. Praha). At the end of the work, recommendations for efficient operation and replacement of these vehicles at the VHJ will be proposed.
