Další vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků v současnosti

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dalšího vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků se zaměřením na Plzeňský kraj. Práce je koncipována do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí základních pojmů souvisejících se vzděláváním pedagogických pracovníků a ukotvením tohoto vzdělávání v legislativě. Cílem praktické části je zmapování současné nabídky a poptávky dalšího vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků ve vybrané oblasti ČR. Konkrétně byla realizována analýza současné nabídky vzdělávacích akcí pro pedagogické pracovníky v Plzeňském kraji. Prostřednictvím metod smíšeného výzkumu – rozhovoru a dotazníku – bylo provedeno šetření v oblasti spokojenosti a zájmu o další vzdělávání mezi pedagogickými pracovníky Plzeňského kraje. Následně proběhlo vyhodnocení jednotlivých zjištění a přenos výsledků do závěrů, z nichž vyplynulo, že nabídka v kraji je relativně pestrá a široká. Zároveň bylo zjištěno, že na změny školského prostředí a potřeby těch, kteří jsou zodpovědní za řízení výuky a kteří by si měli rozvíjet profesní kompetence průběžně, reaguje nabídka DVPP pomalu. Pedagogičtí pracovníci nabídky dosud využívají hlavně podle svých individuálních možností a preferencí zpravidla v návaznosti na požadavky školních zařízení a méně s ohledem na řešení aktuálních témat ve vzdělávání. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje praktický návrh aplikace na lepší šíření nabídky vzdělávání a zrychlení reakce vzdělávacích institucí na měnící se požadavky škol i společnosti.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of further education of pedagogical staff with a focus on the Pilsen Region. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic concepts related to the education of pedagogical staff and anchoring this education in legislation. The aim of the practical part is to map the current supply and demand for further education of teaching staff in a selected area of the Czech Republic. Specifically, an analysis of the current offer of educational events for teaching staff in the Pilsen Region was carried out. Through mixed research methods – interview and questionnaire – an investigation was carried out in the area of satisfaction and interest in further education among the pedagogical staff of the Pilsen Region. Subsequently, individual findings were evaluated, and the results are discussed in the conclusion, which shows that the offers available in the region are relatively wide and varied. At the same time, however, it was also found that the DVPP is slow in their offer to respond to changes in the school environment and the needs of those responsible for the management of teaching and who should develop their professional competences on an ongoing basis. Pedagogical staff still use this offer predominantly according to their individual possibilities and preferences, usually in connection with the requirements of school facilities and less with regard to solving current themes in education. The final part of the thesis contains a practical proposal for an application to better disseminate the supply of education and to accelerate the response of educational institutions to the changing demands of schools and society.
