Přestavba a přístavba rodinného domu na skalním podloží v pasivním standardu

Abstract

Predmetom predloženej diplomovej práce je koncepčný návrh prestavby a prístavby rodinného domu v pasívnom štandarde. Cieľom práce je posúdenie energetickej náročnosti stávajúcej budovy rodinného domu, návrh opatrení z tepelno-technického, vlhkostného i energetického hľadiska a návrh opatrení k odstráneniu stavebných závad a ich príčin. Ďalej sa práca zaoberá návrhom konštrukčných variant prístavby v pasívnom štandarde, návrhom obálky budovy a riešením tepelných mostov v navrhovaných detailoch. Diplomová práca sa taktiež zaoberá návrhom energetických zdrojov, koncepciou TZB a návrhom systému vetrania objektu.

The subject of the submitted diploma thesis is a conceptual design of the renovation and extension of a family house in Passive House Standard. The work aims to assess the energy demand of the existing building of a family house, the proposal of measures from the thermal-technical, moisture and energy point of view and the proposal of measures to remove construction defects and their causes. Furthermore, the work deals with the design of structural variants of extension in the Passive House Standard, the design of the building envelope and the solution of thermal bridges in the proposed details. The diploma thesis also deals with the design of energy sources, concept of Building services engineering and design of the ventilation system of the building.
