Komplexní hodnocení kvality budov s využitím BIM - BD Beroun

Abstract

Cílem této práce byla materiálová optimalizace bytového domu v Berouně s využitím BIM (Building Information Modeling). Byl navržen postup a systém využití BIM a následně zhodnocena jeho vhodnost pro tyto účely. V práci byl řešen a porovnáván konstrukční systém z železobetonu, vápenopískových bloků, keramických cihel a CLT panelů. Následně byl vybrán nejvhodnější materiál pro konstrukční systém na základě vybraných enviromentálních charakteristik. Poté byla vypracována vybraná část projektové dokumentace a detaily právě s touto materiálovou variantou.

The aim of this work was the material optimalization of the apartment house in Beroun using BIM (Building Information Modeling). The method and system of the using BIM was designed and the suitability was evaluated for this purposes. In this work were solved the variants of the bearing constructions made from reinforced concrete, sand-lime bricks, ceramic bricks and CLT panels. After this the most suitable material was chosen for this systém of construction based on the selecten enviromental characteristics. Then the chosen part of the project documentation was made and the details based on this material variant was made too.
