Programový management ve veřejných stavebních zakázkách

Abstract

Diplomová práca oboznamuje s problematikou programového manažmentu vo výstavbe, ktorý je v podmienkach Českej republiky menej využívaný. Tento prístup riadenia aplikuje na verejného zadávateľa, konkrétne na výstavbu a modernizáciu nemocníc v Prahe, Brne, Ostrave a v Plzni. V práci sa preberajú informácie z materiálov, zverejňovaných ministerstvom zdravotníctva a vládou Českej republiky a práca má za to, že projekty, ktoré sú súčasťou programu, by boli realizované bez ohľadu na ich implementáciu do programu. Práve preto buduje základnú štruktúru takéhoto programu, ktorý môže byť ďalej upravovaný a reálne aplikovaný, či už na vybraných projektoch alebo ďalších budúcich investíciách vo verejnom sektore a to nielen v oblasti zdravotníctva.

The master thesis acquaints with the topic of programme management in construction, which is less used in the conditions of Czech Republic. It applies this management approach to the contracting authority, specifically to the construction and modernization of the hospitals in Prague, Brno, Ostrava and Pilsen. The thesis deals with information from materials published by the Ministry of Health and the Government of the Czech Republic and the thesis considers that the projects which are part of the programme would be realized regardless of their implementation in the programme. That is why it builds the fundamental structure of programme, which can be further modified and applied, whether on selected project or other future investment in the public sector, not only in the field of healthcare.
