Revitalizace brownifieldu se zamřením na optimalizaci návrhu střešního pláště a vikýřů

Abstract

Tato práce se věnuje rozboru problematiky brownfieldů v České republice. Diplomová práce je rozdělená na dvě části. V první části se zabývá samotným pojmem brownfield a problematikou s ním souvisejícím, výhodami a nevýhodami revitalizací brownfieldů a možnostmi dotací. Z Národní strategie regenerace brownfieldů 2019-2024 a také sborníků Konference Brownfieldy 2018 a 2019 jsou čerpány další důležité informace o revitalizacích, celospolečenském efektu i problémech brownfieldů. S regeneracemi deprimovaných území pak souvisí i metoda Smart City, která pomocí informačních a komunikačních technologií zlepšuje kvalitu bydlení v daném městě ať už se jedná o dopravu, životní prostředí či bezpečnost. Posledním tématem první části je pak prezentace revitalizovanými brownfieldů z hlavního města Prahy. Druhá část je zaměřená na popis problematiky vybraného objektu. Pro zkoumaný objekt jsou posouzeny a vyhodnoceny různé skladby střešního pláště včetně výběru nejvhodnější varianty s ohledem na veškeré požadavky. Obdobně jsou porovnány i různé nosné konstrukce navržených střešních vikýřů, u kterých bylo poptáno i zpracování cenové nabídky a výkresových podkladů pro stavbu.

This thesis deals with the analysis of brownfields issues in Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the concept of brownfield and related issues, advantages and disadvantages of brownfield revitalization and the possibility of subsidies. Other important information on revitalizations, the societal effect and brownfield problems are taken from the National Brownfield Regeneration Strategy 2019-2024 and from the proceedings of the Conference Brownfield 2018 and Conference Brownfield 2019. The regeneration of depressed areas is also related to the Smart City method, which uses information and communication technologies to improve the quality of living. Whether it is transport, the environment or security. The last topic of the first part is the introduction of revitalized brownfields from the capital city of Prague. The second part is focused on the description of the problems of the selected object. Various compositions of the roof cladding are assessed and evaluated for the examined object, including the selection of the most suitable variant compliant with all requirements. Similarly, the various load-bearing structures of the designed roof dormers are compared, for which the processing of the price offer and drawing documents for the construction was also requested.
