STP Novostavba bytových domů Zátiší Rokytka, objekty C a D, Praha

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je zpracování stavebně technologického projektu novostavby bytových domů Zátiší Rokytka, objektů C a D, v Praze. Práce je zaměřena na posouzení projektové dokumentace, řešení prostorové, technologické a časové struktury. Cílem práce je zpracování harmonogramu a navržení optimálního počtu pracovníků. Dále se v práci řeší zařízení staveniště pro čtyři etapy výstavby ,technologický postup prací pro pět vybraných stavebních procesů a multikriteriální analýza obvodového pláště.

This diploma thesis is focused on processing a construction technology design of a Zátiší Rokytka residential building, buildings C and D, that is situated in Prague. The thesis is focused on an assessment of a project documentation and solution of spatial, technological and temporal structure. The aim of the thesis is to devise a timetable and propose an optimal number of workers. Next, equipment of the construction site for four phases of construction, technological process for five operations and multicriterial analysis of a cladding are being discussed in the thesis.
