Vlastnosti upravených jemných materiálů na bázi vedlejších energetických produktů

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá studiem vlastností upraveného deponovaného popílku. Navrhuje metodu úpravy tříděním tak, aby jemnost popílku odpovídala jemnosti popílku namletého. Zkoumá, zda jsou vlastnosti materiálu upraveného tříděním a mletím stejné, zda odpovídají požadavkům norem a materiál by tak mohl být využíván stejně jako čerstvý vysokoteplotní popílek jako příměs do betonu. Poskytuje informace o produkci a využití vedlejších energetických produktů v ČR i ve světě. Seznamuje s chodem Elektrárny Mělník a stavem nedalekého složiště Panský les, odkud pochází všechny zkoumané vzorky. Dále popisuje průmyslové třídění jemných materiálů a požadavky norem na vlastnosti popílků. Seznamuje s předchozím výzkumem vlastností popílku z Elektrárny Mělník, který byl upraven mletím. Nakonec se zaměřuje na interpretaci a vyhodnocení výsledků zkoušek a na jejich porovnání s výsledky zkoušek popílku stejné jemnosti upraveného mletím.

This thesis deals with the study of the properties of treated deposited fly ash. It proposes a method of treatment by sorting so that the fineness of the fly ash corresponds to the fineness of the ground ash. It examines whether the properties of the material treated by sorting and grinding are the same, whether they meet the requirements of the standards and so the material could be used in the same way as fresh high-temperature fly ash as an admixture in concrete. It provides information about the production and use of energy by-products in the Czech Republic and in the world. It introduces the operation of the Mělník Power Plant and the condition of the nearby fly ash dump Panský les, where all the examined samples came from. It also describes the industrial sorting of fine materials and the requirements of standards for the properties of fly ash. It introduces the previous research of the properties of fly ash from the Mělník Power Plant, which was modified by grinding. Finally, it focuses on the interpretation and evaluation of test results and on their comparison with the test results of fly ash of the same fineness treated by grinding.
