Návrh a konstrukce mazacího systému jednoválcového experimentálního motoru

Abstract

Hlavním cílem předkládané bakalářské práce je návrh a konstrukce mazacího systému jednoválcového experimentálního motoru vrtání 105 mm x zdvih 120 mm, který umožňuje regulaci ostřiku pístu. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny jednotlivé prvky mazacích systémů ze sériových spalovacích motorů. V části praktické je pak popsán postup návrhu a konstrukce optimálního olejového hospodářství s ohledem na laboratorní měření. Přínosem této práce je řešení, které při určité modifikaci lze aplikovat i na jiné experimentální motory.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to design and construct the engine lubrication system. It is a single-cylinder experimental engine a bore 105 mm x stroke 120 mm, which allows a regulation of the piston spray. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes individual elements of the lubrication system from serial internal combustion engines. The practical part describes the design and construction of the optimal oil management with respect to laboratory measurements. The benefit of this thesis is that it can be easily adapted for other experimental engines.
