Porovnání procesů plazmového řezání

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou plazmového řezání. V práci je dále popsána historie, princip plazmového řezání, sestavení hořáků, další metody řezání a technické plyny. Experimentální část se zabývá porovnáním metod Silent cut a Contour cut. U obou metod byl porovnáván řez z hlediska drsnosti povrchu, kolmosti, tvrdosti, tepelně ovlivněné oblasti a hluku při řezání na 6 vzorcích z materiálu S235.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of plasma cutting. The paper also describes the history, the principle of plasma cutting, assembly of torches, other cutting methods, and technical gases. The experimental part is concerned with the comparison of Silent Cut and Contour Cut methods. For both methods, the section was compared in terms of surface roughness, perpendicularity, hardness, heat affected area, and noise when cutting on 6 samples of S235 material.
