Abstract

Analýza nákladů na rehabilitační péči v Rehabilitačním ústavu Kladruby Diplomová práce řeší problematiku nákladů na rehabilitační péči v Rehabilitačním ústavu Kladruby u pacientů se získaným poškozením mozku, kteří jsou umístěni do specializovaného kranioprogramu. Kranioprogram odpovídá německému fázovému modelu rehabilitace. Pomocí systematické rešerše bylo provedeno porovnání situace ve vybraných státech Evropy. Práce se zabývá problematikou nákladů ve zdravotnictví a dále postupem neurorehabilitace od prvních příznaků cévní mozkové příhody až po náplň práce jednotlivých terapeutů. Jsou analyzovaná anonymizovaná data pacientů hospitalizovaných v kranioprogramu v roce 2017. Celkem se jedná o 104 pacientů. Diskuze reaguje na výši úhradové vyhlášky a výši skutečných vypočtených nákladů na lůžkoden jednotlivých ošetřovatelských kategorií pacienta z pohledu rehabilitační péče pacienta (na základě zadání zde není řešena problematika nákladů na ošetřovatelskou péči, tato problematika je řešena samostatně v jiné diplomové práci). V diskuzi je následně srovnána obdobná diplomová práce z roku 2014 před zavedením kranioprogramu a navrhnuta řešení pro zlepšení finanční situace v oblasti neurorehabilitace.

Cost analysis of rehabilitation care in the Rehabilitation facility Kladruby This thesis focuses on the cost analysis of neurorehabilitation care in the Rehabilitation facility Kladruby of patients with acquired brain damage, which are hospitalized in a specialized cranioprogram. The cranioprogram is similar to the German phase model of rehabilitation and there is also a description of the situation in the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other European’s countries. Next there is comparison of the situation in selected European states by using literature research. This thesis further analyzes the type of cost in health care, the procedure of neurorehabilitation from the first symptoms of stroke to the work of individual therapists. Anonymized dataset of 104 patients in cranioprogram from the 2017 is analyzed. The discussion compares the cost of the reimbursement decree and the actual cost of one day in the rehabilitation facility by individual nursing categories from the patient’s rehabilitation care (the nursing part of the costs is solved in another thesis). This thesis is compared to another one with similar field of study from the same rehabilitation facility, but from the 2014 and before this special cranioprogram. After evaluating the results some solutions to improve financial situation in the neurorehabilitation area was suggested.
