Návrh metody hodnocení cvičení mimořádné události s velkým počtem zraněných v rámci zdravotnické záchranné služby

Abstract

Diplomové práce je zaměřena na vytvoření nové metody umožňující objektivněji hodnotit průběh cvičení poskytovatele zdravotnické záchranné služby. Úvod teoretické části pojednává obecně o problematice mimořádných události s hromadným postižením zdraví. Následující kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na činnost zdravotnické záchranné služby na místě mimořádné události. Výsledkem praktická části diplomové práce je návrh hodnotícího nástroje cvičení ve formátu checklistu. Jednotlivé položky v checklistu byly identifikovány na základě pozorování cvičení AIRCRAFT 2019 a Anděl 2019 a na základě retrospektivní analýzy závěrečných zpráv z reálných mimořádných událostí, u kterých zasahoval Zdravotnická záchranný služba hl. města Prahy v letech 2018 až 2019.

This master's thesis is focussed on the creation of a new evaluation method of the exercises of emergency medical services providers. Firstly addressing the theoretical issues that are generally related to emergencies with mass casualties. The following chapters focus on the activities of the emergency medical services at the scene of the emergency. The result of the practical part of this thesis is the proposal of an evaluation tool for the exercises in the form of a checklist. The individual items in the checklist were identified from the observation of exercises at AIRCRAFT 2019 and Anděl 2019, as well via retrospective analysis of final reports from real emergencies attended by the emergency medical services of Prague city in 2018 and 2019.
