Vliv sucha na šíření lesních požárů

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na výzkum souvislostí mezi suchem a množstvím lesních požárů vznikajících na území České republiky. Úvodní část práce pojednává obecně o klimatu a klimatických změnách, či faktorech, které tyto změny ovlivňují. Detailněji je poté v práci popsána problematika sucha v České republice. Tato část se zaměřuje převážně na vysvětlení stavu sucha, popis současného postoje bezpečnostního systému České republiky k hrozbám, které vyplívají z dlouhých období vyznačujících se meteorologickým, zemědělským či hydrologickým suchem a uvádí některé historické souvislosti v této oblasti. Následující část práce seznamuje s taktikou jednotek požární ochrany používanou při provádění hasebních prací a likvidaci lesních požárů. Mimo jiné se jedná o principy požárního útoku, požární obrany a zvláštností související právě s lesními požáry. Součástí této kapitoly je také popis vybavení mobilní požární techniky specializované na hašení lesních požárů a na velkokapacitní hašení či vysvětlení některých mechanismů fungování letecké hasičské služby. Základem praktické části práce je analýza dat z oblasti meteorologie a požární ochrany. Jedná se o hodnoty průměrných teplot, srážkového úhrnu, počtu požárů, lesních požárů či škod, které v souvislosti s těmito požáry přímo vznikli. Výsledkem práce je prokázání souvislostí, mezi suchem a lesními požáry. Ze získaných informací vyplývá, že počty lesních požárů na území České republiky se zvyšují, zatím co hodnota srážek vykazuje sestupnou tendenci.

The diploma thesis focuses on the research on the connection between dryness and the number of wildland fires in the Czech Republic. The introductory part of the thesis deals with the climate in general and climate change, or the factors that affect these changes. The research further focuses in detail on the issue of dryness in the Czech Republic. It presents an explanation of the actual state of drought and description of the current attitude of the security system of the Czech Republic to the threats that arise from long periods characterized by meteorological, agricultural or hydrological drought presented in historical context. The following part introduces the tactics of fire protection units used in the implementation of firefighting work and the elimination of wildland fires.Among other things are the principles of fire attack, fire defense, and peculiarities related to wildland fires. It also describes equipment of mobile fire extinguishing units specialized in the forest and large-capacity firefighting. It explains some fundamental mechanisms of operation of the air fire service. The basis of the practical part of the work is the analysis of data from the field of meteorology and fire protection. These are the values of average temperatures, total precipitation, number of fires, wildland fires, or damage that directly occurred in connection with these fires. The result of the work is to prove the connection between dryness and wildland fires. The information obtained shows that the number of wildland fires in the Czech Republic is increasing, while the value of precipitation shows a downward trend.
