Efektivita užívání dlahy u syndromu karpálního tunelu, monitorováno ultrasonografií

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá léčbou syndromu karpálního tunelu pomocí fyzioterapeutických metod. Jejím účelem je analýza tohoto onemocnění a poskytnutí komplexní informace k nemoci. Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl také pro tuto diagnózu vytvořit a splnit rehabilitační plán. Používána zde bude konzervativní léčba pro pacienty s potížemi SKT. Při vyšetření bude proveden monitoring ultrasonografií. V teoretické části je rozebíraná stručně anatomie, kineziologie a biomechanika horní končetiny. Pro velký význam ruky v životě člověka se v teoretické části pojednává o její funkci, významu pro komunikaci, úchopech ruky, jemné motorice a somatosenzorice. Tato část podává informace o syndromu karpálního tunelu a zároveň obsahuje definici tohoto onemocnění, projevy, diagnostiku, možnou léčbu, etiologii a etiopatogenezi. Bakalářská práce obsahuje kapitolu věnující se metodice, kde je konkrétně popsán metodický přístup, vyšetřovací způsoby, které byly provedeny a následně jsou rozebrány terapeutické postupy pro cvičební jednotky. Praktická část bakalářské práce je věnována dvěma pacientům se syndromem karpálního tunelu. Pacientům byla předepsána ortéza na noc. V této části práce jsou zahrnuty vstupní i výstupní vyšetření ve formě kineziologického rozboru a vyšetření ultrasonografií. Získané výsledky jsou podány písemnou formou a pomocí tabulek.

The bachelor thesis deals with the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome using physiotherapeutic methods. The purpose of this work is to get acquainted with the disease and provide comprehensive information. Create and fulfill a rehabilitation plan for this diagnosis. Conservative splint therapy is used for patients with SKT problems. Ultrasonography will be monitored during the examination. The theoretical part briefly discusses the anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the upper limb. By virtue of the fact a hand represents a great importance in human life; the theoretical part deals with the function of the hand, its importance for communication, hand grips, fine motor skills and somatosensors. One section delivers information on carpal tunnel syndrome. It is the definition of this disease, manifestations, diagnosis, possible treatment, etiology and etiopathogenesis. The approaches are described in the Methodology section to showcase the examination methods that were performed. And subsequently the therapeutic procedures for exercise units are covered. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to two patients with carpal tunnel syndrome. Patients were prescribed to have an orthosis for the night. This part of the work includes input and output examinations in the form of kinesiological analysis and ultrasonography examinations. The obtained results are presented in writing and using tables.
