| cze |
dc.description.abstract | This bachelor thesis focuses on the etiopathogenesis and the healing of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Many authors confirm the sphincter function of the diaphragm, that helps, through its structure, maintain the competence of the lower esophageal sphincter. For this reason, the use of physiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal reflux disease is on the rise. In the theoretical section I outline the anatomical structures of the esophagus, of the stomach and of the diaphragm. I describe the functionality of the closing mechanism at the gastroesophageal junction as well as plausible causes for gastroesophageal reflux disease. An important section is devoted to the diaphragm and its relationship to the gastroesophageal junction. In the last section, please note my description of current possible treatments for gastroesophageal reflux disease. The goal of this thesis is to determine the possibility of treatment for GERD through a correct breathing stereotype and core. To achieve this goal I used the hypopressive technique by Dr. Marcel Caufriez, who developed it, through research of six study participants who implemented this method. I utilized kinesiological taping of the diaphragm on half of the test group for the purpose of comparing results. In the methods section I've included a description of all the procedures used during the kinesiological analysis of the research participants, and a description of the applied treatment therapy. In my thesis the special section includes a kinesiological analysis of one of the research participants, and simultaneously notes changes during final examination. Equally processed kinesiological analyses of the remaining participants are listed in the a?achment. In the conclusion of the special section I've outlined a course of therapy. Changes during the initial and final treatments I've summarized in the results, and arguments are presented in the discussion section. | eng |
