Stav a specifika kriminality cizinců na území města Mladá Boleslav

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem ,,Stav a specifika kriminality cizinců na území města Mladá Boleslav". V práci jsou popsány a prezentovány stav, dynamika a vývojové trendy kriminality cizinců na území města Mladá Boleslav na základě statistik a map kriminality. Problematika zohledňuje danou situaci v souvislosti se Středočeským krajem. V práci jsou zdůrazněny jednotlivé formy kriminality a analyzovány pomocí multikriteriální analýzy. Dále jsou v praktické části vyhodnocena data získaná od osob reprezentujících bezpečnostní složky, místní samosprávu, preventivní instituce a nevládní organizace za pomoci dotazníkového šetření. Cílem a hlavním výstupem práce je navržení a formulace doporučení k prevenci trestné činnosti cizinců a souvisejících sociálně patologických jevů. Výsledek práce ukázal, že kriminalita cizinců je vážná problematika, pro kterou existuje řada preventivních opatření jako třeba větší míra komunikace s cizinci, jejich monitorování a kontrola ve městě a vyšší tresty za úmyslně spáchaný trestný čin. Práce může sloužit jako podklad při sestavování preventivních programů kriminality v Mladé Boleslavi.

This diploma thesis deals with the theme "State and Specifics of Crime of Foreigners in Mladá Boleslav". The thesis describes and presents the state, dynamics and developmental trends of criminality of foreigners in the city of Mladá Boleslav on the basis of the statistics and the crime maps. The issue takes into account the situation in connection with the Central Bohemian Region. The matters of the current situation in the Central Bohemian region are also considered. The thesis emphasizes on individual forms of crime and analyzes them using multicriteria analysis. Furthermore, the practical part was using questionnaire survey and evaluates data obtained from persons representing security forces, local government, preventive institutions and a non-governmental organization using questionnaire survey. The aim and main output outcome of the diploma thesis is to design and formulate recommendations for the prevention of criminal activity of foreigners and also recommend prevention to related social pathological phenomena. The results of the diploma thesis showed that the criminality of foreigners is a serious issue. There is a number of preventive measures such as greater communication with foreigners, their monitoring and control in the city and higher penalties for intentionally committed crime. The thesis can serve as a basis for crime prevention programs in Mladá Boleslav.
