Využití technických prostředků Policie České republiky při zásahu na místě požáru

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit a analyzovat dostupné technické vybavení prvosledových hlídek Policie České republiky (dále jen PČR), Krajského ředitelství policie hl. m Prahy (dále jen KŘP hl. m. Prahy) pro provedení prvotního zákroku na místě požáru, a to konkrétně názory policistů KŘP hl. m. Prahy na jejich technické vybavení při specifických zákrocích na místech požáru. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze tří částí - úvod, teoretická a praktická část. První část je věnována vstupu do problematiky, zdůvodnění výběru tématu, použité metodice, stručné struktuře jednotlivých kapitol a cíli bakalářské práce. Teoretická část obsahuje zpracování teoretických informací týkajících se samotného vzniku hoření, jeho fázím, nebezpečí jeho zplodin a toxických látek, které produkuje. Dále pak technickému vybavení Policie ČR pro možný zásah na místě činu. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvantitativní výzkum, který je veden formou anonymních nestandardizovaných dotazníků distribuovaných mezi policisty KŘP hl. m. Prahy. Výzkum byl zaměřen na aktuální zkušenosti zasahujících policistů KŘP hl. m. Prahy při zásahu na místě požáru a dále se zaobíral problematikou jejich technického vybavení a jejich teoretické přípravě k provedení zásahu. V závěru této části je provedena komparace výsledků výzkumu provedeného formou dotazníku a uvedeny vlastní návrhy ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to identify and analyze the available technical equipment of first-line patrols of the Police of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as PČR), the Regional Police Headquarters Prague the Capitalcity (hereinafter referred to as KŘP hl. m. Prahy) for the implementation of the initial intervention at the place of the fire, especially the opinions of the police officers of KŘP hl. m. Prahy for their technical equipment during specific interventions at fire sites. The bachelor thesis consists of three parts - introduction, theoretical and practical. The first part is dedicated to the introduction into the problematics, the justification for the pick of topic, the methodology used, a brief structure of individual chapters and the goal of the bachelor's thesis. The theoretical part includes the processing of theoretical information concerning the very origin of combustion, its phases, the dangers of its emissions and the toxic substances it produces. Further, the technical equipment of the PČR for possible intervention at the crime scene. The practical part is focused on quantitative research, which is conducted in the form of anonymous non-standardized questionnaires distributed among police officers KŘP hl. m. Prahy. The research was focused on the current experience of intervening police officers during the intervention at the place of the fire and also dealt with the issue of their technical equipment and their theoretical preparation for that intervention. At the end of this part, a comparison of the results of the research is carried out in the formo f a questionnaire and author's own suggestions for improving the current situation are given.
