Analýza projevů agresivity při zásahu složek IZS

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je analýza projevů agrese při zásahu složek IZS. Téma agrese bylo posouzeno respondenty jako aktuální. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je rozpracováno téma agrese, její druhy a příčiny. Jsou definovány další pojmy - agresivita, příčiny agrese na místě mimořádné události, profil agresora, prevence agrese, vzdělávání členů IZS a následná pomoc po agresi. V praktické části jsme jako výzkumný nástroj zvolili anonymní dotazníkové šetření a provedli statistickou analýzu dat. Zjistili jsme, že členové IZS se nejčastěji setkávají s verbální agresí. Prevencí je správně vedená komunikace, průběžné vzdělávání a kurzy, dále sdílení problému v zaměstnání s kolegy nebo odborníky a správná psychohygiena. V praktické části jsme uvedli i výsledky získané prostřednictvím řízených rozhovorů. Jejich výpovědi potvrdily závěry dotazníkového šetření. V diskusi jsme výsledky zhodnocovali s názory odborníků a výzkumy jiných autorů. Navrhli jsme, která další témata mohou být předmětem šetření v oblasti agrese proti složkám IZS. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky a cíle práce.

The aim of the bachelor work is the analysis of the marks of the aggression during the interventions of the components of the integrated rescue system. The respondents assessed the topic of the aggression as the actual one. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical parts there is worked up the subject of the aggression, its kinds and its causes. The other defined terms are: aggressiveness, the causes of the aggression on the place of an extraordinary event, the aggressor´s profile, the aggression prevention, the education of the members of the integrated rescue system and the subsequent help after the aggression. In the practical part we used the anonymous questionnaire to make a research and we statistically analysed the data. We found out that the members of the integrated rescue system most often meet the verbal aggression. The prevention can be the right communication, the continuous education and courses, sharing the problem in the job with colleagues or experts and the correct psycho hygiene. In the practical part we also mentioned the results acquired by means of controlled dialogues. Their statements confirmed the conclusions of the questionnaire research. In the discussion we evaluated the results with the experts´ opinions and the researches of other authors. We suggested the other topics which can be the subject of an enquiry in the field of the aggression towards the components of the integrated rescue system. In conclusion we summed up the results and the aims of the work.
