Vliv stresové zátěže na zrakové funkce

Abstract

Tato práce se věnuje vlivu stresu a stresové zátěže na změnu zrakových funkcí. V teoretické části práci bylo nejdříve pojednáno o základní anatomické stavbě oka, tedy očnici, oční kouli a přídatných orgánech, následně byla zmíněna také anatomie a fyziologie sítnice. Byla popsána správná funkce oka a problémy, které mohou nastat v rámci zrakových funkcí. Důležitou součástí práce bylo zpracování problematiky stresu se zaměřením na možnosti jeho vlivu na funkci zrakového orgánu. Byly popsány související jevy: odpařovací stres, oční reakce po výkonu, onemocnění suchého oka a oxidační stres. V rámci praktické části mé práce byly změřeny zrakové funkce u skupiny osob v klidovém stavu a v situaci stresového zatížení. Výsledky byly porovnány a statisticky zpracovány.

This bachelor thesis deals with influence of stress and stress strain on the changes of visual functions. In the theoretical part of my thesis, the basic anatomical structure of the eye, ie the orbit, eyeball and accessory organs, was first discussed, followed by the anatomy and physiology of the retina. Proper eye function and problems that may occur with visual function have been described. An important part of my thesis was the elaboration of the issue of stress with a focus on the possibility of its influence on the function of the visual organ. Related phenomena have been described: evaporative stress, post-exercise eye reactions, dry eye disease and oxidative stress. In the practical part of my thesis, visual functions were measured in a group of people at rest and in a situation of stress.
