Systém first responder v České republice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem first responder, který byl převzat ze zahraničních zemí. Cílem této práce je zvýšení veřejné povědomosti o fungování systému first responder v České republice. Teoretická část pojednává o historii a teorii základní neodkladné resuscitace. Dále obsahuje vysvětlení samotného vzniku systému first responder v České republice s porovnáním v zahraničí. Je zde popsán postup, kterým by se mohla veřejnost stát vyškolenou na pozice first responderů. V neposlední řadě je rozebrána aplikace, přes kterou jsou respondeři vysíláni na místo dané události. V praktické části je zkoumán dotazník složený z dvaceti čtyř otázek. Otázky se týkají samotné motivace first responderů a dále jejich názorů na nastavená pravidla fungování v tomto systému. Respondenti se skládali z řad příslušníků integrovaného záchranného systému, laické veřejnosti, studentů zdravotnických škol a zaměstnanců zdravotnických zařízení.

This dissertation explores the topic of first responder - a term adopted from abroad. The goal of this paper is to increase public knowledge of how the first responder system works in Czech Republic. The theoretical chapter discusses the history and theory of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. It enlightens the creation of the first responder system in Czech Republic and compare this to its origins abroad. Furthermore, this section highlights the necessary steps individuals can take in order to become an educated layman. The application, which serves as a device for such laymen to receive information on locations of distress, is also introduced and described here. The practical chapter then analyses the results of a 24-question survey. Questions encompass both the motivations of first responders and their opinions on the system's workings. Responders were composed of members of emergency services, laymen, medical school students, and medical facility employees.
