Uplatnění absolventů oboru zdravotnický záchranář na trhu práce

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vhled do problematiky uplatnění absolventů programu Specializace ve zdravotnictví obor Zdravotnický záchranář Fakulty biomedicínského inženýrství ČVUT v Praze. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy týkající se problematiky trhu práce, podmínky uplatnění, potencionální odborné pozice ve zdravotnictví, ve kterých může absolvent z oboru zdravotnický záchranář (ZZ) působit a veškeré kompetence, kterými disponuje absolvent v uvedených pozicích. V praktické části je provedeno částečné statistické šetření uplatnění absolventů na Zdravotnické záchranné službě Středočeského kraje. K hlubšímu vhledu do problematiky byla využita kvalitativní forma výzkumu pomocí analýzy rozhovorů vedených s vybranými absolventy ze ZZS z různých regionů se zaměřením na získání informací ohledně jejich profesní přípravy a následného pracovního uplatnění. Cílem bakalářské práce je komplexní pohled na problematiku uplatnění zdravotnických záchranářů, absolventů Fakulty biomedicínského inženýrství Českého vysokého učení (FBMI ČVUT) v Praze, na trhu práce. Výsledky, které výzkum přinesl jsou takové, že většina absolventů se neuplatňuje na zdravotnické záchranné službě, ke která byli primárně určeni, a to především kvůli nedostatku pracovních pozic. The topic of the bachelor thesis is the insight into the problematics of graduates of the programme called Specialization in health care, Paramedic degree course of the ČVUT, Prague entering the labour market. The theoretical part presents the basic concepts concerning problematics of the labour market, the conditions of entering, potential professional positions in health care industry where the graduate of Paramedic degree course may be employed and all the competences available to the graduate in the stated positions. In practical part the partial statistical survey of employment of the graduates within the ambulance Zdravotnická záchranná služba Středočeského kraje had been carried out. For a deeper insight into problematics the qualitative form of the survey was applied using the analysis of the interviews with selected graduates employed in ambulances in various regions with a focus on gathering information concerning professional preparation and furher employment. The goal of this bachelor thesis is the comprehensive view on the problematics of engagement of the paramedics, graduates of the Specialization in health care programme, Paramedic degree courseof the Faculty of biomedical engineering ČVUT, Prague in labour market. The results brought by the research show that the most of the gradutes are not employed in ambulances for what they were primarily intended mainly due to lack of jobs. There is technical terminology used it the survey, it is brief, factual, accurate, and informative as well.
