Fyzioterapie u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá diagnózou roztroušené sklerózy. V kapitole současný stav je teoretické zpracování tématu - anatomie nervové soustavy, historie onemocnění, patogeneze, epidemiologie, etiologie, příznaky, vyšetření a diagnostika onemocnění, typy onemocnění, farmakoterapie, fyzioterapie u roztroušené sklerózy a RS centra v České republice. Kapitola metodika se zabývá popisem vybraných a vhodných fyzioterapeutických postupů a metod. Ve speciální části jsou zpracovány kazuistiky tří pacientů - vstupní kineziologický rozbor, stanovení krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu a průběh terapie. V kapitole výsledky je zhodnocen efekt terapie na základě porovnání vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru. V kapitole diskuse je popsána fyzioterapie u pokročilých forem roztroušené sklerózy a základní opatření pro udržení fyzického stavu, výhody a nevýhody použitých metod. Poslední kapitola závěr shrnuje splnění cílů a přínos práce.

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. The chapter current status represents the theoretical basis of the topic - anatomy of the nervous system, history of the disease, pathogenesis, epidemiology, etiology, symptoms, examination and diagnosis of the disease, types of disease, pharmacotherapy, physiotherapy of multiple sclerosis and MS centres in the Czech Republic. The chapter called Methodology describes selected and suitable physiotherapeutic procedures and methods. The special part reports on the case studies of three patients - initial kinesiological analysis, setting a short - term and long-term rehabilitation plan and the course of the therapy. The results chapter evaluates the therapy effect based on the comparison of the initial and the final kinesiological analyses. The discussion chapter describes physiotherapy of advanced stages of multiple sclerosis and the basic measures for maintaining the physical condition, the advantages and disadvantages of the method. The conclusion chapter summarizes the goals met and the benefits of the work.
