Možnosti aktivace AED ve výzbroji jednotek požární ochrany

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou možnosti aktivace AED ve výzbroji jednotek požární ochrany. Toto téma jsme se rozhodli zpracovat, protože v každém kraji se k aktivaci AED přistupuje jinak a nejsou pro to stanovena jasná pravidla nebo jasný postup. Tento společný a jednotný postup by poté mohl být nápomocný operačním střediskům při vysílání potřebných sil a prostředků na místo události. A mohl by přispět k zrychlení pomoci lidem při náhlé zástavě oběhu. V teoretické části jsme se zaměřili na definování základních pojmů bakalářské práce. Podrobně je zde rozebrán automatizovaný externí defibrilátor, náhlá zástava oběhu a resuscitace pomocí AED. V neposlední řadě je v teoretické části popsán integrovaný záchranný systém a práce Krajského operační střediska HZS. V závěru teoretické části jsme se zaměřili na svolávací systémy jednotek požární ochrany. V praktické části práce byly získány informace na základě hloubkových rozhovorů se zaměstnanci a příslušníky operačních středisek o postupech při aktivaci AED v několika krajích. Okruhy pro hloubkové rozhovory tým sepsal podle HAZOP analýzy, kterou se intenzivně zabýval na začátku práce, přičemž vycházel ze svých pracovních zkušeností na KOPIS HZS. SWOT analýza vznikla podle výsledků z hloubkových rozhovorů. Nakonec byl sepsán optimální postup při aktivaci AED ve výzbroji jednotek požární ochrany.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is about the possibilities of activation AED in fire protection unit's equipment. We have decided to choose this topic because in every region of Czech Republic there is different way as to how one activates units with AED and there are no official regulations for everyone. If everything was standardized across all regions, it would be helpful for operation centers of integrated rescue system as it would save a lot of time, before the help gets to people with sudden cardiac arrest. In the theoretical part, we focused on defining the basic concepts of the bachelor´s thesis and more specifically we discussed certain topics such as automated external defibrillator, sudden cardiac arrest, integrated rescue system and how to resuscitate with AED. Last but not least, we described the purpose of fire department regional operation center. Afterwards we shifted the focus of the paper to the convening systems of fire department units. In the practical part we gathered information based off in-depth interviews with employees and members of integrated rescue system´s operation centers from different regions of Czech Republic about how they activate their units with AED. Our team presented several topics for in-depth interviews based of HAZOP analysis and our practical experiences, which we discussed as a team at the beginning of this thesis. SWOT analysis is based off of results of the in-depth interviews. At the end of practical part we suggested an optimal way of how to activate units disposing with AED.
