Možnosti fyzioterapeutické intervence u revmatoidní artritidy

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je chronické, systémové, zánětlivé, autoimunitní onemocnění revmatoidní artritida a způsoby ovlivnění jejího průběhu či důsledků pomocí fyzioterapie. Na základě vstupního vyšetření a subjektivních pocitů pacientů je stanoven a upravován rehabilitační plán. Efekt zvolené terapie je hodnocen taktéž na základě subjektivních pocitů pacienta a vyšetření výstupního. Teoretická část je věnována charakteristice onemocnění, popisující jeho průběh, diagnostiku, projevy, léčbu apod. Dále jsou zde popsány nejčasnější deformity pohybového aparátu způsobené touto chorobou a možnosti jejich fyzioterapeutické intervence. Metodologická část obsahuje vyšetření a metody využité při terapii pacientů sledovaných za účelem zhotovení práce. Ve speciální části jsou zpracovány dvě kazuistiky. Žena, která trpí touto chorobou již několik let, a má znatelné kloubní deformity, a muž jehož diagnóza byla stanovena teprve nedávno. U obou je navržený terapeutický plán zaměřený na jejich aktuální obtíže a stav.

The bachelor paper addresses chronic, systemic, inflammatory, autoimmune disease rheumatoid arthritis and physiotherapy methods affecting its course and results. On the basis of initial assessment and subjective feelings of patients, a rehabilitation plan is determined and modified. The effect of selected therapy is evaluated also on the basis of subjective feelings of a patient and a final assessment. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of the disease. It describes its course, diagnostics, manifestations of treatment etc. It furthermore presents the most frequent deformities of musculoskeletal system caused by this disease and possibilities of their physiotherapy intervention. The methodological part contains examinations and methods employed within the therapies of patients observed for the purposes of this work. The special part introduces two case studies. A woman suffering from this disease for several years, having noticeable joint deformities, and a man whose diagnosis was determined only recently. In both cases, a therapeutic plan aimed at their actual difficulties and conditions is proposed.
