Ověření analgetického účinku fyzikální terapie u diagnózy calcar calcanei

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je ověření analgetického účinku fyzikální terapie u diagnózy calcar calcanei. Bakalářská práce obsahuje tyto kapitoly: teoretická část, metodologická část, speciální část a výsledky. Teoretická část pojednává o anatomii a kineziologii dolní končetiny, biomechanice chůze. Dále obsahuje etiologii, diagnostiku, projevy a možnosti léčby diagnózy calcar calcanei. V metodologické práci je zpracován postup při vstupním vyšetření a základní informace o fyzikální terapii obecně. Dále je rozepsána fyzikální terapie, která bude u pacientů s diagnózou calcar calcanei využita. Jedná se o terapii pomocí aplikace rázové vlny a terapii pomocí ozáření terapeutickým RTG. Speciální část je rozdělena na dvě části - terapie aplikací rázové vlny a terapie ozářením terapeutickým RTG. Podrobněji jsou zde rozepsány postupy terapií u jednotlivých pacientů a subjektivní i objektivní hodnocení terapie. Ve výsledcích je vyhodnocen efekt terapie u jednotlivých pacientů. Výsledky jsou zpracovány do tabulek a slovního popisu.

The bachelor paper aims to verify analgesic effect of a physical therapy in the calcar calcanei (calcaneal spur) diagnosis. The bachelor paper contains the following sections: Theoretical section, Methodology section, Specialized section and Results. The Theoretical section presents the anatomy and kinesiology of a lower limb, and biomechanics of the gait. It also contains aetiology, diagnostics, symptoms and possibilities of treatment of calcar calcanei (calcaneal spur) diagnosis. The Methodology section presents the methods employed within the initial assessment, and provides basic information on physical therapy in general. It furthermore depicts physical therapy that will be used in patients with the calcar calcanei (calcaneal spur) diagnosis. This involves application of a shockwave therapy and a therapeutic X-Ray irradiation therapy. The Specialized part is divided into two parts - a shockwave therapy and a therapeutic X-Ray irradiation therapy. It provides detailed description of the therapeutic methods in individual patients and a subjective and objective evaluation of the therapies. The Result section evaluates the effect of each therapy in individual patients. The outcomes are processed in the tables and verbal description.
