Využití vybraných fyzioterapeutických metod v terapii entezopatií loketního kloubu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá problematiku entezopatií loketního kloubu a jejich ovlivnění pomocí zvolených fyzioterapeutických metod. Přičemž hlavním předmětem zájmu práce je radiální epikondylitida, které se budeme převážně věnovat. Cílem této práce je porovnat efektivitu cvičení u entezopatií loketního kloubu mezi dvěma pětičlennými skupiny pacientů s problematikou syndromu tenisového lokte léčených různými terapeutickými přístupy. V přehledu současného stavu jsou shrnuty informace o anatomii a kineziologii loketního kloubu, dále představeny nejčastější entezopatie a podrobněji probrán syndrom tenisového lokte jakožto i jeho etiopatogeneze, klinický obraz, stádia tohoto onemocnění a jeho diferenciální diagnostika. V rámci této práce jsou nastíněna vyšetření, které lze využít ke správné diagnostice tenisového lokte a možné terapeutické přístupy k jeho efektivní léčbě. Pro výzkumnou část jsou probandi rozděleni do dvou skupin. První skupině jsou aplikovány mobilizační a měkké techniky, zatímco druhá skupina cvičí excentrickou kontrakcí. Ve speciální části jsou zaznamenány základní anamnestické údaje probandů a výše zmíněné terapeutické jednotky. Úspěšnost zvolených metod na dané skupiny je hodnocena porovnáním výsledků z první a poslední terapie, také řešíme výsledek výzkumné hypotézy pomocí statistického testu. Výsledky jsou předvedeny do formy tabulek a slovního popisu.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of enthesopathies of the elbow joint and their influence using selected physiotherapeutic methods. The main subject of interest of the work is radial epicondylitis, which we will mainly deal with. The goal of this work is to compare the efficiency of exercise in enthesopathies of the elbow joint between two groups of five patients with the tennis elbow syndrome treated with different therapeutic approaches. The summary of the current state summarizes information about the anatomy and kinesiology of the elbow joint, then introduces the most common enthesopathies and describes in more detail the tennis elbow syndrome, its etiopathogenesis, clinical picture, stages of this disease and its differential diagnosis. Within this work, examinations are outlined, which can be used for the correct diagnosis of the tennis elbow and possible therapeutic approaches to its effective treatment. For the research part, the probands were divided into two groups. The first group received mobilization and soft tissue techniques, while the second group practiced eccentric contraction. The basic anamnestic data of probands and the above-mentioned therapeutic units are recorded in the special part. The success of selected methods for given groups is evaluated by comparing the results from the first and last therapy, we also solve the results of the research hypothesis using a statistical test. The results are presented in the form of tables and verbal description.
