Zajištění provozu Krajského operačního a informačního střediska Hasičského záchranného sboru Středočeského kraje při výpadku elektrické energie nebo požáru

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním analýzy připravenosti Krajského operačního a informačního střediska Hasičského záchranného sboru Středočeského kraje při mimořádných událostech požáru a výpadku elektrické energie. V teoretické části je shrnut vývoj operačních středisek, jejich současná struktura a legislativní rámec operačního řízení. Dále autor popisuje operační a informační středisko Hasičského záchranného sboru Středočeského kraje a jeho sytém fungování. Praktická část řeší současnou připravenost na vytipované mimořádné události. V této části práce je vytvořena SWOT analýza ke zjištění slabých a silných stránek. V poslední části jsou navrženy postupy a možnosti ke zlepšení překonávání daných událostí.

This thesis deals with covering of analysis of readiness Region Operational and Information Centre of the Fire and Rescue Service of Central Bohemian region in the Process of Electric Power Loss or Fire. In the theoretical part there is summary of a development of operational and information centres. Moreover, there is a fabric of operational and information centres as well as legislative framework of their custom. Later author describes Region Operational and Information Centre of the Fire and Rescue Service of Central Bohemian region and a way this centre operates. Practical part handles current readiness for selected extraordinary events. In this part of the thesis author creates SWOT analysis. The aim of SWOT analysis is to find strengths and weaknesses of its function. Lastly there are suggestions of methods and options for better handling these situations.
