Fyzioterapie u bariatrických pacientů se zaměřením na plikace

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se bude zabývat problematikou chirurgické léčby obezity a přidružených onemocnění - bariatrií, bezprostřední rehabilitací po bariatrickém operačním zákroku ventrální plikace s využitím respirační fyzioterapie a technik dechové rehabilitace. Předmětem speciální části bude zpracování deseti kazuistik rozdělených rovnoměrně do dvou náhodných skupin, kdy první skupina absolvuje pooperační rehabilitaci pomocí respirační fyzioterapie a druhá skupina bude rehabilitována dle dosavadních standartů. Výsledkem bude porovnání léčebně-rehabilitačního efektu se zaměřením na respirační fyzioterapii těchto dvou přístupů k pooperační péči o bariatrické pacienty po ventrální plikaci. Výsledná data budou zaznamenána pomocí tabulek.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the surgical treatment of obesity and related diseases - bariatric surgery and on immediate rehabilitation after laparoscopic greater curvature plication (LGCP) using respiratory physiotherapy and the respiratory rehabilitation techniques. The subject of the special part of the thesis will be the analysis of ten case reports, which are divided into two randomized groups. The first group will participate in post-operative physiotherapy intervention using respiratory rehabilitation, while the second group will rehabilitate according to current standarts of rehabilitation. The final part of the thesis summarizes and evaluates the medical-rehabilitation effect of these two methods of post-operative care about bariatric patients after LGCP surgery. The final results will be noted in charts.
