Divácké násilí a extremismus - aktuální trendy a možnosti prevence

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá diváckým násilím v jeho širších souvislostech. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní pojmy, historii diváckého násilí, jak u nás, tak v zahraničí, chování davu, symboliku diváckého násilí a incidenty, které byly v minulosti zaznamenány. Cílem praktické části je navrhnout možná technická i netechnická opatření, která by zmírnila páchání diváckého násilí na stadionech. Cíle je dosaženo pomocí komparace zemí v boji s diváckým násilím, SWOT analýzy, která se zaměřuje na zabezpečení stadionu u nás a rozhovorů, jak s odborníky, tak s pracovníkem Probační a mediační služby. Mezi cíle, které byly navrženy patří úprava legislativy, více preventivních opatření, identifikace z krevního řečiště, adresný ticketing (pouze na rizikové zápasy), lepší kamerové systémy, zákaz alkoholu a v neposlední řadě pozitivní přístup fanoušků.

This diploma theses deals with spectator violence in its broader context. The theoretical part is focused on basic concepts, the history of spectator violence both in the Czech Republic and abroad, the behaviour of the crowd, the symbolism of spectator violence and incidents that have been recorded in the past. The aim of the practical part is to propose possible technical and non-technical measures which would alleviate the perpetration of spectator violence in stadiums. The aim is achieved through a comparison of countries in the fight against spectator violence, SWOT analysis, which focuses on securing the stadiums in our country and interviews, both with experts and the staff of the Probation and Mediation Service. The goals that have been set include alteration of legislation, more preventive measures, identification from the bloodstream, targeted ticketing (only for risky matches), better camera systems, a ban on alcohol and, last but not least, a positive attitude of fans.
