Analýza vývoje extremisticky motivovaných kriminálních činů na území ČR v letech 2015-2019 a možnosti jejich prevence

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou extremisticky motivovaných kriminálních činů v České republice v letech 2015-2019. Jedná se o analýzu vývoje těchto činů a návrh preventivních opatření ke snížení jejich počtu. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy radikalismus a extremismu. Dále jsou zde popsány modely radikalizace, dělení extremismus a je zde také seznámení s extremistickou scénou v České republice ve sledovaném období. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována boji proti extremismu, přesněji organizacím, které se věnují boji proti extremismu u nás. Praktická část obsahuje tabulky a grafy s vyhodnocením vývoje extremisticky motivovaných kriminálních činů. Dále je zde provedena SWOT analýza současné situace vývoje extremismu a jsou zde navrženy preventivní opatření. Z grafů vyplývá, že počet zmíněných činů neklesá, a tudíž je třeba pracovat na zlepšení prevence. První graf také ukazuje vývoj počtu činů v rámci jednotlivých let. Dále je viditelný výrazně nejvyšší počet trestných činů na území Hlavního města Prahy. Na druhé pozici je kraj Ústecký a na třetí Moravskoslezský kraj. Z práce tedy vyplývá, že se v České republice počet extremisticky motivovaných kriminálních činů za sledované období zvyšuje, popřípadě stagnuje. Nejvyšší počet těchto činů je na území Hlavního města Prahy, proto je nutné se tomuto problému věnovat a posílit preventivní opatření. Nejvyšší potenciál v oblasti prevence je shledán v informování obyvatel o problematice a snaze o zabránění šíření dezinformací a hoaxů.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of extremist-motivated criminal acts in the Czech Republic between the years 2015-2019. It is an analysis of the development of these acts and a proposal for preventive measures to reduce their number. The theoretical part defines the terms radicalism and extremism. There are also described models of radicalization and division of extremism. Furthermore, you can find an introduction to the extremist scene in the Czech Republic in the given period. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the fight against extremism, more specifically to organizations that fight against extremism in our country. The practical part contains tables and graphs evaluating the development of crimes motivated by extremism. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis of the current situation of the development of extremism is performed and also preventive measures are proposed here. The graphs show that the number of these acts is not decreasing, and therefore it is necessary to work on improvement of their prevention. The first graph shows the increase of the number of the acts within the individual years. Significantly, the highest number of crimes is evident in the territory of the capital city Prague. The Ústí nad Labem region is in the second place and the Moravian-Silesian region is the third. All in all, the work shows that the number of extremist-motivated criminal offenses in the Czech Republic is increasing or stagnating during the given time period. The highest number of these acts happened in the territory of the capital city Prague, therefore it is necessary to focus on this problem and make preventive measures work. The highest potential in the field of prevention lies in informing the population about this issue and try to stop the spread of misinformation and hoaxes.
