Využití vybraných metod v terapii nestabilního hlezenního kloubu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nestabilního hlezenního kloubu a následnou terapií pomocí vybraných fyzioterapeutických metod. Cílem této práce je zjistit a porovnat účinnost vybraných metod. Práce je zpracována formou klinické prospektivní studie. Práce je rozdělena do devíti částí: úvod, cíle práce, výzkumné hypotézy, přehled současného stavu, metodika, speciální část, výsledky, diskuze a závěr. Přehled současného stavu je rozdělen do dvou částí, ve kterých je stručně zpracována anatomie a kineziologie pohybového segmentu a shrnuta problematika úrazů hlezenního kloubu. V metodické části je popsána charakteristika souboru pacientů. Dále jsou zde popsány vyšetřovací metody a fyzioterapeutické postupy, které jsou použity v terapii. Speciální část obsahuje popis průběhu terapií u obou skupin pacientů. Na základě získaných dat ze vstupních a výstupních vyšetření jsou v kapitole výsledky pečlivě zpracovány a vyhodnoceny dosažené výsledky, které prezentujeme pomocí tabulek a slovního popisu. Dále v této kapitole uvádíme výsledky výzkumných hypotéz. V kapitole diskuze je pojednáno o problematice nestabilního hlezenního kloubu. Na základě dosažených výsledků je zhodnocen efekt vybraných terapií. Konfrontujeme výsledky skupin mezi sebou a s výsledky zahraničních autorů. Část této kapitoly je věnována diskuzi výsledků výzkumných hypotéz. V závěru je slovně shrnuto vyhodnocení průběhu terapií a jejich přínos.

This Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of unstable talocrural joint and the subsequent therapy using selected physiotherapeutic methods. The aim of this thesis is to idenfity and compare the effectiveness of selected methods. The thesis is carried out in the form of a clinical prospective study. The thesis is divided into nine parts: introduction, aims of the thesis, research hypotheses, overview of the current state, methodology, special part, results, discussion and conclusion. The overview of the current state is divided into two parts, in the first one the anatomy and kinesiology of the motion segment are briefly described. The second part summarizes the subject of talocrulal joint injury. The methodical part describes the characteristics of the group of patients. Furthermore the examinatoin methods and physiotherapeutic processes which are used in therapy are described in this section. The special part contains a description of the process of therapies in both groups of patients. Based on the data obtained from the initial and final examinations, the chapter contains the results, which are presented in tables and verbally described. This chapter also contains research hypotheses results. The chapter of discussion deals with the subject of unstable talocrulal joint. Based on the acquired results, the effect of selected therapies is evaluated. The results of the groups are confronted with one another as well as with the results of foreign authors. Part of this chapter is devoted to the discussion of the results of research hypotheses. The conclusion summarizes the evaluation of the processes of therapies and their benefits.
