Úloha vybraných infekčních agens v rozvoji maligních procesů v oblasti orofaryngu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výskyt Helicobacter pylori a humánních papilomavirů v lymfatické tkáni oblasti orofaryngu a možné patogenní působení těchto agens, včetně onkogenního. Je zde popsána řada zánětlivých onemocnění a malignit, v jejichž patogenezi se mohou tato infekční agens uplatnit. Teoretická část se zabývá příčinami vzniku těchto onemocnění a jejím úkolem je seznámit čtenáře s novými poznatky, které poukazují na přítomnost a možné patogenní působení Helicobacter pylori a lidských papilomavirů v dané oblasti. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsme zjišťovali přítomnost těchto vybraných infekčních agens ve vzorcích pacientů pomocí molekulárně genetických technik a srovnáváme zastoupení bakteriální infekce Helicobacter pylori a virové infekce HPV včetně genotypizace u chronických zánětlivých onemocnění (tonsilitis) a nádorových onemocnění (karcinom tonsil a karcinom orofaryngu).

The thesis focuses on the presence of Helicobacter pylori and human papillomaviruses in lymphatic areas of oropharyngeal cells and possible pathogenic effects of these agents, including oncogenic. A number of inflammatory diseases and malignancies are described in this thesis, whose pathogenesis may be valuable within the scope of these infection agents. The theoretical section focuses on the cause of occurrence of these diseases and the aim is to introduce the reader to information that highlights the existence and possible pathogenic effects of Helicobacter pylori and human papillomaviruses within the given area. In the practical section we focused on discovering the presence of these infectious agents. By collecting samples from patients and by using molecular genetic techniques, we compare the presence of the bacterial infection Helicobacter pylori and the viral HPV disease, including genotyping of patients with chronic inflammatory diseases (tonsillitis) and cancer-based diseases (tonsils cancer and oropharyngeal cancer).
