Úloha Městské policie hl. m. Prahy jako ostatní složky IZS při vyhlášení krizových stavů

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku úlohy Městské policie hl. m. Prahy jako ostatní složky integrovaného záchranného systému při vyhlášení krizových stavů. V diplomové práci je využito literárních zdrojů a praktických zkušeností, které jsem získala šestiletou praxí u Městské policie hl. m. Prahy v přímém výkonu služby. V teoretické části se budeme zabývat přehledem možného využití Městské policie hl. m. Prahy při vyhlášení krizového stavu a dále přípravou Městské policie hl. m. Prahy na některé krizové stavy. Bude zde definována odborná terminologie daného problému. Praktická část přinese přehled o současném stavu připravenosti a využití Městské policie hl. m. Prahy při krizových stavech. Bude provedena komparace oprávnění a povinností Městské policie hl. m. Prahy, Policie České republiky a obecní policie Slovenské republiky při řešení krizových situací. Výsledkem práce bude identifikace problémových oblastí činnosti Městské policie hl. m. Prahy při vyhlášení některých krizových stavů a navržení možných řešení k jejich zlepšení.

The diploma thesis focuses on the role of the Prague Municipal Police as other components of the Integrated Rescue System in emergency situations. The thesis uses literary sources and practical experience I acquired during my six-year employment at the Prague Municipal Police in the line of duty. The theoretical part contains an outline of possible utilization of the Prague Municipal Police during emergency, and further develops the topic of preparation of the police for certain emergency situations. It shall also include definitions of terms related to this issue. The practical part provides an overview of the current state of preparedness and utilization of the Prague Municipal Police in emergencies. I shall also compare the rights and obligations of the Prague Municipal Police, the Police of the Czech Republic and the Municipal Police of the Slovak Republic in solving emergency situations. The outcome of the thesis shall be areas of concern of the Prague Municipal Police in emergency situations, and proposal of possible solutions for their improvement.
