Mléčná žláza a její normální histologická stavba v porovnání s patologií karcinomu

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem ,,Mléčná žláza a její normální histologická stavba v porovnání s patologií karcinomu" je přiblížení problematiky rakoviny prsu, která je v České republice diagnostikována stále častěji. V teoretické části se pojednává o anatomické stavbě mléčné žlázy, o histologické struktuře a o sekreci mléka, což je nejdůležitější funkce této žlázy. Dále je popsán proces kancerogeneze, obecné rozdělení a klasifikace karcinomů a popis studovaného typu zhoubného nádoru. Část práce je také věnována diagnostice, zde je zmíněno vše od prevence až po objevení problému pomocí různých metod. Praktická část podrobně popisuje přípravy preparátů jak zdravé mléčné žlázy, tak i patologického karcinomu. Věnuje se základním histologickým barvicím metodám - Hematoxylin-eosin, AZAN a zelený trichrom, dle kterých lze poté porovnávat zdravé a nemocné buňky a různé typy tkání. V práci je vše fotograficky zdokumentováno a popsáno.

The Aim of the Bachelor thesis called ,,The mammary gland and its normal histological structure compared to the pathology of carcinoma" is the approach of breast cancer, which is diagnostic more and more frequently in Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with the anatomical structure of the mammary gland, the histological structure and the secretion of milk, which is the most important function of this gland. There is also described the process of carcinogenesis, general classification of carcinomas and description of the type of malignant tumor studied. Part of the work is also devoted to diagnostics, where is mentioned everything, from prevention to the discovery of the problem by using different methods. The practical part describes in detail the preparation of slides of both healthy mammary gland and pathological carcinoma. It deals with basic histological staining methods - Hematoxylin-eosin, AZAN and green trichrome, according to which healthy and diseased cells can be compared and different types of tissues. Everything is photographed and described.
