Péče o pacienta s abdominální katastrofou

Abstract

Tato práce se věnuje zásadám péče o pacienta s abdominální katastrofou. V první části jsou popsány anatomicko-fyziologické aspekty potřebné pro definování dané problematiky. Dále navazuje výčet a vysvětlení příčin vzniku spolu s popisem klinického obrazu. Zbytek teoretické části je věnován terapii stavů při abdominálních katastrofách. Popisuje se zde ošetřovatelská péče prováděná nelékařským zdravotnickým personálem. Stejně tak je nastíněna i práce lékařů v rámci této problematiky. Praktickou část bakalářské práce představuje popis kazuistiky konkrétní pacientky s abdominální katastrofou. Zabývá se převážně vývojem zdravotního stavu a ošetřovatelskou péčí, která ji byla věnována během hospitalizace na jednotce intenzivní péče.

This thesis deals with the principles of care prescribed to patients with abdominal catastrophe. The first section describes the anatomical-physiological aspects necessary to define the aforementioned issue, followed by listing and explanation of the causes, together with a description of the clinical picture. The remainder of the theoretical component is devoted to the treatment of different conditions regarding abdominal catastrophe. Furthermore, nursing care performed by non-medical medical staff is described in this section. The work performed by doctors regarding this medical issue is also outlined. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis describes a case report of a specific patient with an abdominal catastrophe. It deals mainly with the health status development and nursing care which was given to the patient during hospitalization at the intensive care unit.
