Porovnání terapeutických metod ovlivňujících plochonoží

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je porovnání efektivity terapie plochonoží pomocí ortopedické korekce a fyzioterapeutickými intervencemi na neurofyziologickém podkladě. V teoretické části jsou popsána nejdůležitější anatomická a kineziologická východiska problematiky. Dále jsou zde zpracována biomechanická hlediska - chůze, ontogeneze nohy, funkce klenby, klasifikace a etiologie vzniku plochonoží. V následující části je popsána problematika funkčních vztahů nohy, včetně možnosti korekce získaných ortopedických vad nohy. V metodologické části práce jsou uvedeny vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy a fyzioterapeutické techniky užívané během terapií. Speciální část se zabývá zpracováním vstupních a výstupních kineziologických rozborů u 10 probandů trpících plochonožím, na jejichž základě byly vypracovány krátkodobé a dlouhodobé rehabilitační plány. Součástí této kapitoly jsou rozpracovány i jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky. Získané výsledky jsou prezentovány a hodnoceny na základě objektivních vyšetření a jsou doplněny o subjektivní pocity probandů. V závěru práce je vyhodnocena efektivita zvolené terapie.

The bachelor paper addresses to compare the effectiveness of a flat feet therapy using orthopaedic corrections and physical therapy interventions on a neurophysiological basis. The theoretical part describes the most important anatomical and kinesiological origins of the problem. It furthermore defines biomechanical aspects - the gait, ontogenesis of the foot, function of the arch, classification and aetiology of the formation of flat feet. The subsequent part depicts the problem of function relationship of the foot, including the possibilities of correction of acquired orthopaedic defects of a foot. The methodological part introduces assessment and therapeutic procedures and physical therapy techniques used within the therapies. The specialized part aims to process the initial and final kinesiology assessments in 10 probands suffering from fleet feet, on the basis of which, the short-and long-term rehabilitation plans were developed. This chapter also includes individual therapeutic units. The acquired results are presented and evaluated on the basis of objective assessments and they are supplemented by subjective feelings of the probands. The concluding part evaluates the effectiveness of the selected therapy.
