Specifika ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta s masivní hemoptýzou

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifikem ošetřovatelské péče poskytované pacientům s masivní hemoptýzou. Jelikož se masivní hemoptýza vyskytuje jako příznak různých onemocnění, je obtížné určit společné prvky ošetřovatelské péče. První část práce je teoretická, kde je popsána anatomie a fyziologie dýchacího systému, rozdělení hemoptýzy, příčiny vzniku masivní hemoptýzy, terapie a následná ošetřovatelská práce, která je popsána v odborné literatuře. Praktická část se zabývá kazuistikami a následnou analýzou ošetřovatelské péče, z níž budou stanovena doporučení, pro střední zdravotnický personál, při ošetřování pacientů s masivní hemoptýzou.

The bachelor thesis deals with the specifics of nursing care provided to patients with massive hemoptysis. Because massive hemoptysis occurs as a symptom of various diseases, it is difficult to identify common elements of nursing care. The first part of the work is theoretical, which describes the anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system, the division of hemoptysis, the causes of massive hemoptysis, therapy and subsequent nursing work, which is described in the literature. The practical part deals with case reports and subsequent analysis of nursing care, from which recommendations will be made, for secondary medical staff, in the treatment of patients with massive hemoptysis.
