Parametry individuální čtecí vzdálenosti

Abstract

Práce poukazuje na závislost mezi tělesnou výškou a čtecí vzdáleností tištěného textu (Jaegerova tabulka) a mobilního telefonu. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo celkem 88 osob ve věku 16 - 82 let. Probandi byli rozděleni podle pohlaví na 55 žen a 33 mužů. Výsledky byly zpracovány jak pro celý soubor, tak i samostatně pro jednotlivé kategorie. U osob, které potřebovaly korekci do blízka, byla změřena adice. K tomu byla použita stejná Jaegerova tabulka pro všechny probandy. U mladších osob, které nepotřebovaly adici, byly pouze změřeny vzdálenosti, ve kterých sledovali mobilní telefon a tištěný text. První hypotézou bylo porovnání tělesné výšky a obou čtecích vzdáleností. Dále měl být potvrzen vzájemný vztah čtecích vzdáleností. Jako třetí se z uvedeného souboru měla potvrdit závislost adice a věku. Bylo zjištěno, že z poskytnutého vzorku probandů vyšší lidé čtou dále než vzrůstově menší. Potvrdilo se, že většina naměřených probandů (75 z 88) drží mobilní telefon blíže než čtený text. Závislost adice na věku byla také potvrzena.

The work points out the dependence between body height and reading distance of printed text (Jaeger's table) and mobile phone. A total of 88 people aged 16-82 participated in the research. Probands were divided by gender into 55 women and 33 men. The results were processed both for the whole set and separately for individual categories. Addition was measured in individuals who needed close-up correction. The same Jaeger table was used for all probands. For younger people who did not need an addition, only the distances in which they watched the mobile phone and printed text were measured. The first hypothesis was a comparison of body height and both reading distances. Furthermore, the mutual relationship of reading distances was to be confirmed. The dependence of addition and age on the third set was to be confirmed. It was found that from the provided sample of probands, taller people read further than smaller ones. It was confirmed that most of the measured probands (75 out of 88) hold the mobile phone closer than the read text. The dependence of the addition on age was also confirmed.
