Zrcadlová terapie ve fyzioterapii u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce Zrcadlová terapie ve fyzioterapii u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě se zabývá možností terapie zrcadlem a jejím vlivem na zlepšení funkce horní končetiny. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit efektivitu zrcadlové terapie u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Teoretická část se zabývá etiopatogenezí, diagnostikou a terapií cévní mozkové příhody. Mimo jiné je zde uvedena kineziologie ruky a nácvik všedních denních činností. Metodika práce charakterizuje pracoviště, kde probíhala praktická část bakalářské práce a dále popisuje využité vyšetřovací postupy a metody. Ve speciální části jsou uvedeny jednotlivé kineziologické rozbory u pacientů. Pacienti jsou rozděleni do dvou skupin. V první skupině byli pacienti, kteří absolvovali rehabilitaci klasickými fyzioterapeutickými přístupy. Ve druhé byli pacienti, kteří podstupovali rehabilitaci pomocí zrcadlové terapie. Ve výsledcích bakalářské práce jsou zhodnocena zjištěná data u jednotlivých pacientů a také porovnány výsledky terapie u obou skupin.

This bachelor thesis "Mirror Therapy in Physiotherapy in Patients after Stroke" analyses the option of mirror therapy and its effect on the improvement of upper extremity function. The objective of the thesis is to assess the efficacy of mirror therapy in patients after stroke. The theoretical part deals with etiopathogenesis, diagnostics and therapy of stroke. Among others it also includes the kinesiology of the upper extremity and training of activities of daily living. The methodology of the thesis describes the medical facility where a practical part of the thesis was performed and it outlines the examination procedures and techniques used effects. A separate part of the thesis summarizes kinesiological testing in individual patients. The patients were allocated to two groups. The first group consisted of patients who had undergone rehabilitation in the form of traditional physiotherapeutic approaches. The second group comprised patients who had undergone rehabilitation in the form of mirror therapy. The result part of the thesis evaluates the findings of individual patients and it also compares the results of the therapy between both groups.
