Fyzioterapie u pacienta s lézí rotátorové manžety

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Fyzioterapie u pacientů s poškozením rotátorové manžety ramenního kloubu. Práce se skládá z kapitol: současný stav, metodika, speciální část a výsledky práce. V kapitole Současný stav je teoretické zpracování tématu: anatomie pletence horní končetiny, cévní zásobení rotátorové manžety, kineziologie ramenního pletence. Dále seznámení se syndromem rotátorové manžety, etiopatogenezí, klinickými příznaky, vyšetřovacími metodami a samotnou léčbou. V kapitole Metodika jsou popsány vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy a metody využité v práci s probandy. Speciální část je věnována vstupním kineziologickým rozborům jednotlivých probandů a terapeutickým jednotkám individuální a skupinové terapie. V kapitole Výsledky jsou výstupní vyšetření probandů po terapii. Je zde zhodnocen efekt terapie na základě vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru. Dále tu je porovnání individuální a skupinové terapie. V kapitole Diskuze je rozebrána problematika tématu a porovnání výzkumů. Závěr hodnotí splnění cílů a přínos práce.

Deals with the topic of Physiotherapy for patients with damaged rotator cuffs of the shoulder joint. The thesis contains these chapters: current status, methodology, special part and results of the thesis. In the chapter called Current status you can find the theoretical process of the topic: anatomy of upper limb´s braid, vascular supply of the rotator cuff, kinesiology of the shoulder girdle. Furthermore you can see an introductions to rotator cuff ´s syndrome, etiopathogenesis, clinical symptoms, investigative methods and treatment itself. In the chapter called Methodology there´s a description of investigative and therapeutic steps and methods that have been used in practice with probands. The chapter called Special part is dedicated to input kinesiological analysis, therapeutics units and input examination. In the chapter called Results there´s an evaluated effect of a therapy based on input and output kinesiological analysis. You can also find a comparison between individual and group therapy. In the chapter called Discussion there are analyzed matters of this topic and comparison of the research. The end assess the fulfillment of goals and benefits of my work.
