Fyzioterapeutická péče u pacienta s hemofilickou artropatií

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je problematika hemofilické artropatie u osob s těžkou formou hemofilie z pohledu fyzioterapeutické péče. Práce je členěna ve třech hlavních kapitolách na současný stav, metodiku a speciální část. V kapitole současný stav je popsána problematika hemofilie a hemofilické artropatie. Zde je popsána především etiologie, projevy a terapie hemofilie, a patogeneze a diagnostika hemofilické artropatie. Dále se tato kapitola věnuje možnostem komplexní terapie při akutních a chronických stavech, kde jsou popsány aktuální možnosti konzervativní a operativní léčby. Metodická část je zaměřena na vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody použité během zpracování této práce. Jsou zde popsány nejen klasické metody, ale také ty speciální pro práci s hemofiliky. Speciální část práce je zpracována formou kazuistiky. V této kapitole je vypracován vstupní kineziologický rozbor, stanoven krátkodobý plán a jsou zde popsány jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky. Dále je zde také vypracován výstupní kineziologický rozbor a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. V závěru kapitoly jsou pak hodnoceny dosažené výsledky terapie. Jsou zde hodnoceny úspěchy terapie, především v souvislosti se zlepšením funkce jednotlivých kloubů.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the issue of the haemophiliac arthropathy by people with severe haemophilia from the point of physiotherapy care's view. The thesis consists of three main chapters which are the current status, methodology and the special part. The chapter on the current state describes the issue of haemophilia and haemophilic arthropathy. There are described following main topics: etiology, symptoms and therapy of haemophilia and the pathogenesis and diagnosis of haemophilic arthropathy. Furthermore, this chapter deals with the possibilities of complex therapy of acute and chronic conditions including description of the current possibilities for conservative and operative treatment. The methodical part focuses on the examination and therapeutic methods used during the elaboration of this thesis. There are described classical methods as well as specific ones used for working with haemophiliacs. The special part of the thesis includes the case study. This chapter processes the initial kinesiological analysis, sets up the short-term rehabilitation plan and describes the individual therapeutic units. There are also elaborated issues like the final kinesiological analysis and the long-term rehabilitation plan. In conclusion there are evaluated the achieved results of the therapy.
