Využití parametru Perfuzní index v praxi

Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce bolo zistiť vplyv teploty ruky na parameter perfúzny index (PI). Ďalej bolo cieľom zistiť vzájomný vzťah medzi hyperkapniou a perfúznym indexom. Vplyv teploty na perfúzny index bol zisťovaný klinickou štúdiou, ktorej sa celkovo zúčastnilo 26 probandov (13 mužov, 13 žien). Experiment pozostával zo záznamu perfúzneho indexu počas ohriatia a ochladenia ľavej ruky. Dáta boli porovnané medzi skupinami probandov i medzi jednotlivými situáciami merania. Vzťah medzi hyperkapniou a perfúznym indexom bol zisťovaný z dát získaných štúdiou dýchania v simulovaných lavínových podmienkach. Hlavným zistením vplyvu teploty ruky na PI je, že počas ochladenia nastáva pokles hodnoty perfúzneho indexu. Po ukončení ochladzovania dochádza k opätovnému nárastu PI. Vplyvom hypertermie dochádzalo k rôznym reakciám parametru perfúzny index a jednoznačný trend PI nebolo možné určiť. Zo simulovaných lavínových experimentov vyplýva, že hyperkapnia spôsobuje nárast hodnoty PI. Maximálna hodnota perfúzneho indexu bola dosiahnutá až po odznení hyperkapnie.

The aim of the diploma thesis was to determine the effect of hand temperature on the perfusion index (PI) parameter. Furthermore, the aim was to determine the relationship between hypercapnia and the perfusion index. The effect of temperature on the perfusion index was determined by a clinical trial involving a total of 26 probands (13 men, 13 women). The experiment consisted of recording the perfusion index during heating and cooling of the left hand. The data were compared between groups of probands and between individual phases of the study. The relationship between hypercapnia and perfusion index was determined from data obtained from a study of breathing into simulated avalanche snow. The main finding of the effect of hand temperature on PI is that during cooling there is a decrease in the value of the perfusion index. After cooling, the PI increases again. Due to hyperthermia, different reactions of the perfusion index parameter occurred and a clear PI trend could not be determined. The simulated avalanche experiments show that hypercapnia causes an increase in PI. The maximum value of the perfusion index was reached only after the hypercapnia.
